Monochromatic

Hi everybody!

Today's outfit is classy and polished. There's little color throughout the outfit, and I thought it all looked better together in black and white. On top, I have a gray cropped sweater that is lined along the bottom with black lace. I've really been loving the cropped top trend, because it adds length to the lower half of the body, making us short girls look longer! I also have on dark wash skinny jeans; these are my favorite, because they're super comfortable. The rest of my accessories are black, to go along with the gray-toned monochromatic theme.

Old Hollywood

Hi everybody!

Today's outfit is inspired by old Hollywood. I have this beautiful black lace dress that I absolutely adore. It's just a shame I don't get to wear it out more often! I added a string of pale pink pearls and black pumps, I wanted to keep this look very classy. I even coordinated my makeup to this outfit! I took inspiration from 50s/60s makeup with fierce winged eyeliner, and red lips. I also curled my hair in large waves, and pinned it back. Overall, I had a fun time dressing up!

Emerald on Onyx

Hi everybody!

Today's outfit is classy and rather formal. It's something I'd wear to a really nice dinner or event. My first instinct when picking out formalwear is to go dark, so this emerald peplum top is a nice way to shake things up. The color is lovely, and the cut is still very elegant. I also pinned up my hair to one side, to give the look an Old Hollywood vibe.

Ebony Peplum

Hey everybody!

Today's outfit is super sleek and dark. I'm a big fan of the peplum trend, though it can be hard to pull off. It's important to make sure the start of the peplum hits at your natural waistline, wherever you are thinnest. This creates a lovely hourglass figure. I kept the rest of the outfit black, because I liked the unification of hues. To keep the outfit from being too boring, I added neon pink accessories in the form of a messenger bag, chain necklace, and bracelet.
