Today, my family and I attended a book sale for breast cancer awareness hosted by Safe & Sound at the BurJuman shopping center. They had rows and rows of tables filled with donated books, and the profits go towards furthering breast cancer awareness. Other events will also be hosted throughout the month, so if you're in Dubai and would like to attend, here's the link for their Facebook page. It was wonderful seeing so many people out, especially volunteers, and the entire mall decked out in pink. This is something that is very important to me, and I'm glad to have been a small help.
